OXFORD SWORD AND STAFF

The Oxford Sword and Staff is a Historical Martial Arts group based in Oxford.

 

Over the years, we have worked on our interpretation of "The Art of Combat" and are currently able to provide sessions on the Longsword, Rapier, Quarterstaff, Dussack, Dagger, Wrestling and Sabre.

Previous martial arts experience is not necessary, so don't be nervous about turning up as a newbie. Many of us had no experience when we started and are still learning ourselves! If you want to know more about joining us, please check out our membership page.

The main sessions take place every Tuesday in the Sports Hall at The Swan School, Oxford.​

 

Current prices are set at;

Members Pricing

Yearly £20 membership. This also provides third party liability insurance provided by BMABA

then

Monthly £25 (payable by the end of the first week of the month)

It's also possible for people with active memberships to pay an on door price is £10 (if not paying monthly).

​

The beginners' courses are currently priced at £30 for a month of sessions, which includes the first years memership.
